After the shade sail cloth is cut into the correct shape it is then bordered with 50mm seatbelt webbing 2 layer at triangle corner webbing sewn into entire perimeter, this ensures no ripping or tearing when the sail is tight.

Shade sails have stainless steel triangles to all corners, 60mmx8mm heavy duty 316 marine grade.
Marine quality lock-stitching 3 rows on entire perimeter to ensure that no ripping of the garden shade occurs when it is in full use
