this chair when assembled is under tension, there are 4 lugs on the chair which have to be inserted into 4 sockets in the frame.
we advise that you loosen the sockets on the frame first, by unscrewing the bolts.
then 3 of the lugs can be inserted quite easily
the last one is difficult !

bring the frame loops together

tip up the chair
putting the pillow end of the chair on the ground
put some protection under it, to avoid scratching it

push down on the chair frame from above
it will flex

you will then find that the last lug can be inserted into the socket
