Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, Electron. We will take full payment immediately for products we have in stock. Backordered items are not charged until they come back into stock and are ready for shipping. If you do not wish to pay online, you may call with your credit card information.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are only accepted if you comply with the following cancellation procedure and before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the return policy as defined in ''Returns policy'' will apply. If the procedure is not respected, the order will be considered valid and you will remain liable for the full payment.

There are certain products in our catalog which do NOT permit free delivery or fit into the £14.99 delivery charge per order, these are the very heavy items, such as the rustic teak furniture. These products have a separate delivery option when ordering.
Scotland has separate charges for delivery. Please call for quote.

ACCEPTANCE You shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless within a reasonable time after their receipt you shall have notified us that the goods are rejected. If no such action has been taken, Codec Facilities Ltd shall consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purposes, and may not accept any reject at a later date. You have up to seven days to cancel the order without giving a reason. With the seven days starting the day you receive the goods.

Delivery Schedule We use different methods of delivery depending on type of product which you have ordered. Delivery method is always chosen by us.
Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only. We aim to deliver your good within 1 to 21 days depending on type of product which you have ordered. You can find more accurate lead time under description of most products. Scotland has separate lead time. Please call and ask us for an estimated delivery time.
Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from the supplier. Codec Facilities Ltd, cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by us, or any other third party. If delivery is not within the agreed time we will, with your agreement, arrange another date for delivery. If we cannot agree another date for delivery, we offer the consumer a refund.
If for any reason you have not received delivery within 21 days, please contact our customer services team on 01564 784852.
If we deliver with our delivery vans (depending on type of product which you have ordered), we will give you a minimum of 2 days prior warning of our planned delivery day and we can give you a 2 hour time slot on the set delivery day.
Unless otherwise specified, all products must be signed for.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. |

Guarantee We guarantee the products sold to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and materials for twelve months from day of purchase. All timber is liable to cracking. These cracks may appear as soon as the furniture is exposed to the elements; it will not affect the internal strength of the furniture and will stabilize over the first few years. The cracks will open and close with changes is relative humidity.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the unwanted goods within 7 working days (beginning on the day after you received the goods) for a refund excluding delivery costs you originally paid. Before dispatching the unwanted goods, please contact us by email or telephone and quote the order number supplied to you. If you are returning goods which are not faulty or damaged then you must arrange for the return of the goods to us at your cost. You are also responsible for risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. Your order number shall be clearly quoted on the returned package. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
The goods must be returned in the same condition in which you received them.
If a refund is payable to you, we will use the same method used by you to pay for your order. Your refund will be paid within 30 days.
All products are guaranteed. If any item is found to be faulty please contact our customer services team on 01564 784852. If the product has been reported faulty within 7 working days, we will arrange to collect it at a mutually convenient time. There's no charge for collection of products reported faulty within 7 working days. We do ask that the product(s) are made available for collection in the same condition as they were when received by you. If a refund is payable to you, the faulty or damaged product must be returned to supplier before the refund or replacement can be issued.
Original delivery costs will be refunded only if the item is faulty, damaged in delivery or if it differs in any way from the advertised goods.
Special orders & bespoke items, such as MGM or Ocean Designs conservatory furniture and memorial benches with a wood engraving or engraved plaque fixed to it, cannot be returned to us for a refund or exchange. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
